DMCA Policy
Vegetarian Freezer Meals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy describes the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for counter-notifying if your material has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a proper notification, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing and will take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material. Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Vegetarian Freezer Meals website or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Vegetarian Freezer Meals website or services was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vegetarian Freezer Meals may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your DMCA Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent using our contact page, clearly indicating that it is a DMCA counter-notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
